Free African Drumming Workshops with Rocky
We are delighted that Rocky Amoo will be returning to Staffs Fest this year and will be conducting Drumming Workshops free of charge on Saturday 29th May from 12 o’clock in the Beats & Feats Marquee
Fantastic fun was had last year by many of the festival goers who attended Rocky’s workshop whom never had drummed before, many attendees actually performed live in front of an audience later in the day to the delight of friends, family and crowd
African Palm Drumming
An innovative and professional musical facilitator, specialising in African and Caribbean percussion with first rate experience in providing workshops for children, young people, adults and those with special needs in educational and community environments.
Adept at working with diverse groups effectively and good humouredly in sometimes highly demanding situations. Skilled at evaluating and resolving problems creatively and keen to continue using these skills for the benefit of the community.
