► Can I park my car in the campsite next to my tent?
Yes you can but please park responsibly allowing others free access, make sure guy ropes will not cause other festival goers to fall or trip
► Can I reserve a camping place?
No …..Make sure you get there early for a good spot we have several different camping/caravan etc options we you book your ticket
► Can I camp for one night only?
Yes you can. All tickets include camping even if you have purchased an evening only ticket
EVENT & ACCESS
► What facilities are available for disabled access?
Staffs Fest is committed to making the site accessible for those with disabilities. However, as it is a festival site there are areas of uneven ground that could make access difficult. Stewards and medical team members will be on hand to help if you require assistance. There are toilet blocks and designed for wheelchair use.
► Is there a carer scheme in place?
Yes we offer 2-for-1 tickets for persons who require a personal carer please email admin@staffsfest.co.uk
► What lighting is used?
You are advised that flicker, laser, strobe and other lighting effects may be using during some performances.
► Is disabled parking available at the events?
There is disabled parking on site upon arrival please ensure you show your disabled badge to be directed to the appropriate car park.
► Will there be entrance queues?
The entrance is larger and is able to cope with the capacity of the festival. Searching is always the first stage when entering the festival so please read the ‘what NOT to bring’ section
► Is there re-admission into the festival?
Yes you can if wearing your wristband. Please note that alcohol is not permitted in the Main Arena from the campsite or main entrance.

► What food is available
We have several catering facilities on site open from 08.00 until 23.00 and site shop as well as Spar in Great Haywood and plenty of supermarkets in Stafford and Rugeley
► What alcoholic drinks are available
The main marquee has a fully stocked bar supplied by UK BARS and Carney’s Bar with a range of real ales, lagers, ciders spirits and wine available at pub prices
► Will I get reception on my mobile phone?
Mobile reception is generally pretty good but the large amount of people on site could have an adverse affect on connection.
► How much money will I need at the festival?
We have bars, catering stands, accessories stores. There is card facilities at the main bar
► Are dogs allowed onsite?
Yes. Dogs are allowed on the campsite and in the arena, but must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a designated dog walking area adjacent to the camping field—please use this and pick up after your dog.
► Drugs policy
The Staffs Fest has a strict policy that does not tolerate drug use. You will be searched on entry to the campsite and arena. Anybody caught in the possession of drugs will be ejected from the site.
Dealers and class A users will be reported to the police. Please note that all ‘legal highs’ including nitrous oxide are also prohibited.
This is a family friendly festival and we aim to keep it that way.

► Alcohol Policy
Please drink responsibly whilst on site.
You are allowed to bring a reasonable amount of your own alcohol on to the campsite. BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY INTO THE MAIN ARENA.
Don’t forget we are undercover but it would be advisable to bring some or all of the listed below;
A smile,
Sun tan lotion,
Sun hat,
Tent and sleeping bag if you are camping,
Your camper/caravan,
Cash (cards are accepted at the bar)
Waterproof clothes and wellington boots (just in case)
Mobile phone
Camping chair/stool
Warm clothes for evenings
PROHIBITED ITEMS IN ARENA AND CAMPSITE
✗ Glass or cans into main arena
✗ Illegal substances, psychoactive substances, nitrous oxide and legal highs
✗ Alcohol into the main arena
✗ Anything that could be reasonably considered for use as a weapon
✗ Candles, sky lanterns
✗ Portable laser equipment and pens
✗ Drones, quad copters, remote controlled flying devices
✗ Megaphones, air horns, compressed air
✗ Fireworks, flares
✗ Large sound systems (personal speakers must be no more than 20x10x10cm)
Naked Flame Policy
In accordance with the Fire Risk Assessment festival goers are not allowed naked flames at the event. Barbecues, tin trays, charcoal, gas & drum are allowed on the campsite, BUT NOT TO BE LIT INSIDE TENTS all BBQ and contents are to be taken away with you on your departure
Caravan/Camper van notes:
Built in generators are allowed
No electricity or water hook ups are available
Music is permitted at a ‘sociable’ volume
Alcohol policy above applies to those in camper vans
All “What not to bring” points above apply
We take no responsibility for lost property or damage to your property or person
We reserve the right to refuse admission at all times. Any unseemly or un- sportsman like behaviour exhibited in any section of this festival will result in the person concerned liable to immediate removal
